AFC  - THERE is just no stopping Vahid Hashemian at the moment as the Iranian international striker notched his third goal in two weeks to take his tally to seven so far in the season.

The one goal he scored may have contributed little to helping his club side VfL Bochum as they went down 3-1 away at TSV 1860 Munich, the club Chinese international Shao Jiayi is currently playing at. Hashemian is in fact, ahead of defending German club champions Bayern Munich’s latest signing, Roy Makaay on the scoring charts. A former player at Pas, Hashemian has 12 caps under his name, scoring five times for his country during that period.
