Isfahan Stadiums Under AFC Microscope

Mehr News – Officials of the Asian Football Confederation arrived in Isfahan, central Iran, Tuesday afternoon to visit the historical city’s stadiums and facilities.
Zob Ahan Club Managing Director Hossein Kaf’ami said the AFC inspectors arrived late due to torrential rain.

He added the officials will pay a visit to Fouladshahr and Naqsh-e Jahan stadiums during their stay, evaluating Isfahan’s bid for hosting the Asian Champions League.

According to him, the AFC agents will most probably leave Isfahan Thursday to offer their report to the Asian body.
