Russian national futsal team to play 3 friendly matches in Iran

newsfromrussia - The Russian national futsal (indoor football) team arrived in Iran to play several friendly matches with the Iranian national team.

An official from the Russian Embassy in Iran said the Russian national team, which has 20 players, and Semyon Andrevev, the president of Russia's Indoor Football Association, arrived in Tehran on Monday. 

This week (March 30, March 31, and April 1), the Russian team will play three matches against Iran's national team at the Azadi sports center in Tehran. 

For the Iranian team, these matches will be a dress rehearsal for the futsal championships of Asia, which will be held in Aomen (Macao), China in the middle of April.
