PLDC - Igor Sergeev has officially completed his move to Iranian giants Persepolis.
The 33-year-old forward, who spent last season with Pakhtakor, has signed an 18-month contract after successfully passing his medical examination. Financial details of the transfer were not disclosed.
Sergeev will be reunited with his compatriot Oston Urunov at Persepolis as the club continues to reinforce its squad ahead of the new season.
Persepolis, under the guidance of Brazilian head coach Osmar Loss, are considered among the favorites to challenge for the Persian Gulf Pro League title in the 2025/26 campaign.
