IRNA - Three referees from Oman were picked to judge the second-leg qualifier of 2004 Athens Olympic Games
between Iran and Malaysia here on April 30.
Assisted by his two linesmen Malek Ali Hassan and Salem Nasser, Mohammad Salem Saeed will referee the Asian zone match in the 100,000-seater Azadi stadium, west of Tehran.
Iran`s under-23 side crushed Malaysia 4-1 in the first leg in Kuala Lumpur, standing second in Group A table on six points out of four games.
Leader South Korea has garnered maximum 12 points.
Iran has pinned all its hopes on China`s victory over the Korean side, which gives it a chance to win the ticket to Athens in case of two wins over Malaysia and South Korea and better goal difference.
