Abadan - Naft club installed Parviz
Mazloumi as the new trainer of this popular southern team immediately after
accepting Bayram Dordayev's resignation Monday.
The club managing director said the board of directors held negotiations
with Mazloumi and the two sides reached an agreement.
Nasser Goudarzi added the team, due to unexpected poor results, needed some
change, expressing hope Mazloumi will help the first-division Naft make
success.
Mazloumi has already coached Naft in 2002-2003 season following the
resignation of veteran manager Mansour Pourheidari.
Dordayev offered his resignation after his side lost to bottom-placed ground
forces 1-0.
