Nekunam in talks with Kaiserslautern

IRIB - Iranian playmaker Jawad Nekunam is in negotiations with German Bundesliga side Kaiserslautern, the Iranian News Agency ISNA reported Friday.

According to the report, Nekunam and representatives from his club Pas Teheran will meet with Kaiserslautern officials on Monday in Germany to discuss details of a possible deal.

Iranian international Nekunam can play in defensive midfield as well as in a central role and could join his compatriot Ferydoun Zandi at the club.
