IRNA - Iran's Football Federation here
Monday to judge the eagerly awaited Persepolis-Bayern Munich in the
100,000-seater Azadi Stadium, west of Tehran, on Jan 13.
The committee chief Reza Ghiassi told IRNA Esmaeil Safiri and Davoud Raf'ati
will associate Moradi as linesmen and Mahmoud Rafiei is on standby as fourth
judge.
According to the federation, the friendly will kick off at 03:00 pm.
German record champion Bayern Munich is to return to Tehran more than 30
years after losing 6-3.
The last time Bayern played in Tehran was in 1972 when it lost to an
all-star team of Tehran-based clubs. Bayern legend and current board member
Franz Beckenbauer was the skipper of the German team on that occasion.
Bayern will travel to Tehran with all its stars including former Persepolis
player Ali Karimi.
