Administration has invited all Iran's eminent national champions to take
part in the Germany 2006 World Cup.
Holder of two weight lifting Olympic Games gold medals and record holder
in the super heavy weight category, Hussein Rezazadeh regarding this
matter told ISNA that he would love to take part and cheer Iran's team,
but he first has to see whether he is able to find a suitable place to
carryout his trainings or not, before deciding on this matter.
"I hope our national team bring back success, performs fantastic games
and succeeds its group," he said.
The world's strongest man when asked to comment regarding the fact that
if Iran succeeds its group it would have to face Netherlands or
Argentina said, he had ended the 40 year old empire of the Germans and
Russians in the super heavy weight category and believed that defeating
Argentina would be nothing for Iran's national football team.
