Cameroon
striker Patrick Mboma is reportedly heading to the United Arab Emirates to
sign a one-year deal with Al-Ahly Dubai. The club are understood to be ready to meet Parma's £1.3 million valuation of Cameroon's top scorer during the World Cup qualifiers. The much travelled 31-year-old finished last season on loan with Sunderland in the Premiership following spells in the J-League with Gamba Osaka and Cagliari and Parma in Serie A. Al-Ahly Dubai are also said to be closing in on Iranian striker Ali Karimi. |
