Iran's Women Soccer Team beats Jordan

PTV - Iran's women national soccer team has defeated Jordan's women team 3-2 in a friendly game in Ararat Stadium in Tehran on Sunday.

Iran scored three goals in 8th, 60th and 90+1 minute. The goals were by Zahra Qanbari, Niloofar Ardalan and Bayan Mahmudi.

The Jordan's goals were scored by Sama'a and Meisa in 13th and 80th minute. At the 75th minute with a red card shown to "Shahnaz", Jordan had to continue with a 10-member team.

The two teams will face each other in their second friendly game on Tuesday in the same stadium.

More than 200 spectators watched the game and encouraged the Iranian team. The players of both sides had full Islamic Hijab.

The teams are getting prepared to play in the West Asian games that will be held in Jordan this September.
