GulfDailyNews – BAHRAIN's soccer referee Jaffer Al Alawi will officiate Qatar's national team friendly match with Iran scheduled for tomorrow in Doha as part of both teams' preparations for the 2010 World Cup qualification competitions. Al Alawi was named as referee for the match by the Bahrain Football Association which received an invitation from the Qatari Football Association to choose a team of referees who will officiate the match. The 37-year-old Bahraini will be accompanied to this trip by linesmen Khalid Al Allan and Yasser Tulifat. |
