PTV - The Iranian national
soccer team is scheduled to play a friendly match against Kuwait before its
faces the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Iran's Football Federation (IFF) accepted Kuwait's offer to play a friendly
against the country's national team in Kuwait on November 14.
The Iranian squad will then travel to Abu Dhabi to clash with the UAE on
November 19 as part of the Asian qualifying round for the 2010 South Africa
World Cup.
The Iranian outfit drew 1-1 with Saudi Arabia in the capital Riyadh on
September 6.
Iran is in Group B of the final Asian qualifying round and will compete
against Saudi Arabia, North Korea, the UAE and South Korea.
