MNA - Mohammad Mayelikohan has been named as Saipa football head coach on Friday.
The team which was headed by interim coaches Reza Foruzani and Javad Manafi is placed 16th in the Iran Professional League (IPL) standings table.
Former Iran and Saipa coach has penned an 18-month contract with the struggling team. Mayelikohan will be officially introduced on Saturday.
He will be assisted by Nader Faryadshiran in Saipa. Mayelikohan is to choose his second assistant soon.
