Announcing this, Esmaeil Gholami, the deputy director of the Iranian Privatization Organization said, “Esteghlal and Persepolis are currently in the red on the stock market. The duo Iranian clubs will be auctioned by the end of the fourth (socioeconomic) program.”
Privatization of Esteghlal and Persepolis should be carried out soon. These clubs will have to increase their revenues through broadcasting rights and selling their productions, he added.
