"The dissolution of Mes Kerman FC is a rumor and we will take part in the Premier League's next season and the Asian Championships," Mehr news agency quoted Borhaninejad as saying on Thursday.
"[The head coach] Mr. [Parviz] Mazloumi has come to Kerman and we held a meeting with each other. Everything is ready for the resumption of the training sessions," he added.
On Wednesday, the Persian section of goal.com quoted Borhaninejad as saying in a telephone conversation that the Kerman-based football club had been dissolved due to its financial problems, just 20 days before the Iranian Premier League's new season.
Mes came third in Premier League's last season to qualify for the Asian Championships. Tehran's Esteqlal won the title followed by Zob Ahan.
