The Tehran-based football club was held to a 1-1 draw by Zob Ahan in the 5th week of the Iran’s Professional League (IPL).
“We have to be happy with our performance in an away match against powerhouse Zob Ahan. Persepolis would have won the match if they could take advantage of their chances,” he said.
“Persepolis needs more work to get better results. We have to be concentrated during the whole game. Persepolis should also strengthen itself in the counter-attack tactics,” said Kranicar.
