MNA - Iran’s Under 17 football coach Ali Doosti-Mehr is satisfied with his team’s performance against Gambia in the FIFA U-17 World Cup.
Iran beat Gambia in its opening game of the FIFA Under-17 World Cup on Sunday.

“We had a difficult match against African champions but defeated them. We will go through step by step and are fully ready to get good result against Colombia on Wednesday,” Doosti-Mehr said.

“Hopefully Iranian players show their potentials in Nigeria. We play to defend the reputation of our country in the tournament,” he concluded.
