Karimi fined $6000 for dissing referee



MNA - Steel Azin captain Ali Karimi has been fined $6000 by the disciplinary committee of Iran Football Federation for squabbling with the referee.
Karimi found himself at the center of a dispute with referee Masoud Moradi in the last minutes of Persepolis – Steel Azin match last month in Iran Professional League.

According to the committee rules he should have been suspended, but the body just fined him $6000.
