Mansourian named Iran football assistant coach

MNA - Alireza Mansourian was appointed Sunday as assistant coach of Afshin Ghotbi in the Iran national football team.

“I am glad to be Iran’s assistant coach. I want to help the team and serve my country as a soldier,” Mansourian said.
 
The technical committee of Iran Football Federation selected Mansourian ahead of the 2011 AFC Asian Cup which will be held in Doha in January.
