Steel Azin to sign former Iran striker

PFDC - TEHRAN, Steel Azin shows interest in signing former Iranian football national team player Vahid Hashemian. According to several domestic newspapers, the 33-year old is ready to return home.

Relegated VfL Bochum didn't extend the contract with the Iranian veteran. Hashemian who didn't have many appearances for the North Rhine-Westphalians last season, reconsidered a move to Iran.

In the meantime, Steel Azin didn't confirm or deny any reports about a possible two-year contract.
