Akbarpour joins Steel Azin, Kabi stays put

MNA - Esteghlal midfielder Siavash Akbarpour joined Steel Azin football club on Monday.

Akbarpour penned a two-year contract with the Tehran-based team and will play alongside his friend Hossein Kazemi who also transferred to Steel Azin from Esteghlal.
Akbarpour is Steel Azin’s fourth new player including keeper Sosha Makani and Milad Zeniedpour.
 
Meanwhile, Hossein Kabi has extended his contract with Steel Azin. Iranian media had reported that Kabi planned to join Persepolis.
