Mazaheri, “Begovich is best choice of National Team”

PLDC - Vahid Mazaheri, forward midfield and technical player of Foolad Khouzestan, is one of the favored players of Vingo Begovic, head coach of Foolad Khouzestan these days. He is performing well by scoring sensitive goals and giving his club important points in most game. He is now in the spotlight.

In a recent press interview he said, “Everything is fine and we are out of our temporary recent crisis. Begovic managed to solve our problems of player shortage and injury. I think that we need the three foreign players coming to Foolad soon as we are now only 17 players and there is no other choice. The youth team players of Foolad have too little experience for the adult team. But, not to worry as Begovic knows how to solve this problem. The foreign players are only to solve the player shortage problem and the youth team boys will gradually replace them as they gain enough experience.” 

“Begovic has been performing successfully in the past few years and is one of the best candidates available as the head coach of the National team. If we leave things in his hands we won’t go far wrong. He knows the best Iranian players and can choose the best possible National Team, which will have no problems for a few years. I think Begovic can handle both Foolad and the National Team until the end of the season.”
